Present moment is the last concept of psychological flexibility. Present moment the thread that weaves the concepts together. It is in the present moment we go back and forth from our willingness to experience our feelings, sensations and thoughts, to values and committed action. It is in the here and now we are able to observe and step back from our internal and external experiences giving us space. And of course, it is only in the moment we can choose to live a life in accordance to our values. Present moment is the life we live one moment at a time, one day at a time.
